What parents need to know

This recall concerns children's high chairs. The affected products are gray with a metal frame, metal legs, a tray, and a cushioned seat cover. The brand name "BICYSTAR" is visible on the front of the tray.

These high chairs have been recalled because they were sold without a required crotch restraint. This omission creates a deadly fall hazard for children. Additionally, there is a risk of a child's head becoming trapped between the seat and the side of the high chair, posing a deadly entrapment hazard.

If you own one of these high chairs, please stop using it immediately. You should then consult the full official recall notice for detailed instructions on how to proceed. The remedy is a full refund from Bicystar Store. You should disassemble the high chair, cut the restraints and fabric seat cover, write "Recall" on the backseat and send photos of the destroyed high chair to the company.
