Clover Hill Dairy is voluntarily recalling its Soft Ricotta/Requeson Cheese.
This recall is due to the potential for contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. This organism can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections, particularly in young children, as well as in frail or elderly individuals.
