Hazard

Infant fatalities have occurred in the Rock 'n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.

What parents need to know

This January 2023 notice re-announces the original April 2019 recall of all 4.7 million Rock 'n Play Sleepers. It was issued because infants were still dying in recalled sleepers that remained in use: at least eight deaths occurred after the 2019 announcement.

Infants can roll from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained in the sleeper and suffocate.

If you still own a Rock 'n Play Sleeper, stop using it today and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher. Do not resell or donate it — inclined sleepers are banned products and passing one along is illegal.
