HARPPA Recalls Nordi Toddler Tower Stools Due to Risk of Serious Injury and Death from Entrapment and Fall Hazards

The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child's torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides, posing a risk of serious injury and death due to tip over, fall and entrapment hazards.
What parents need to know
HARPPA has issued a recall for Nordi foldable toddler towers. These stools are white, black, or blue with natural wood accents on the step, platform, and safety bars.
The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use. Additionally, a child's torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides of the unit. These issues pose a risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment, falls, and tip-over hazards. HARPPA has received three reports of these tower stools collapsing or tipping over, which resulted in two injuries involving scrapes, cuts and bruises.
Parents should stop using the recalled stools immediately and store them in a location inaccessible to children. Please contact HARPPA to receive a free repair kit, which includes protective nets, stabilizing feet, and installation instructions. Shipping for the repair kit is provided at no cost.

The tower stools measure about 18 inches deep, 18 inches wide and 38.6 inches tall. "MODEL No.: HANS0002" is printed on a label on the underside of the stool's platform.
