What parents need to know

Romorgniz is recalling its six-drawer dressers, sold in white and black finishes. These are wooden dressers measuring about 27.6 inches wide, 15.6 inches long, and 43.2 inches tall.

The dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall. This creates a tip-over hazard as well as an entrapment hazard, and it can result in serious injury or death to children. The dressers do not meet the mandatory safety standard required by the STURDY Act for clothing storage units.

If your dresser is not anchored to the wall, stop using it immediately and place it somewhere children cannot access it. Contact Romorgniz for a full refund. As part of the remedy process, you will be asked to write "RECALLED" in permanent marker on the top, front, and sides of the dresser, remove all of the drawers, and send a photo of the marked and disassembled dresser to the address given in the official recall notice. After that, dispose of the dresser.

Because of the risks involved, do not allow children near the dresser while it remains unanchored, and follow each step of the remedy process before disposing of the product.
