The stools have been recalled because they can collapse or tip over while in use. Additionally, the openings on the front and back of the towers are large enough for a child's torso to fit through, which creates a risk of entrapment. These hazards pose a risk of serious injury or death to children from falling, tipping, or becoming stuck.
