What parents need to know

Victgoal has recalled certain red bicycle helmets sold in size small (S), fitting a head circumference of about 19.68 to 21.25 inches. Only helmets manufactured in November 2025 are included in this recall. These helmets have red padding, black straps with a silver reflective pattern in the center, a black and red buckle, and a black fit-adjusting knob at the back.

The recall was issued because the helmets do not meet the mandatory federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. Specifically, they fail to comply with requirements for the retention system, positional stability, and certification. This means the helmets may not stay properly positioned or secured on a child's head, and can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a serious risk of injury or death due to head injury.

Parents and caregivers should stop using these helmets immediately. The remedy being offered is a refund. Please refer to the official recall notice for the specific steps on how to obtain your refund.

If you believe your child was injured while wearing one of these helmets, or if you are unsure whether your helmet is included in this recall based on the markings described, consult the official recall notice for full identifying details and further guidance.
