Wnttmt Baby Walkers Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall and Entrapment Hazards; Violate Mandatory Standard for Infant Walkers; Sold on Amazon by WURUI.BABY
Reviewed and published by MPB Safety Desk
Hazard
The recalled infant walkers violate the mandatory standard for infant walkers because they can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, posing a deadly fall hazard. In addition, the infant walkers have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child's head can become entrapped, posing a risk of serious injury or death.

What parents need to know
This recall involves Wnttmt-branded infant walkers, sold in gray with a white tray and round base. They feature eight-wheel assemblies and three adjustable levels, and were sold on Amazon.
These walkers do not meet the safety standard required for infant walkers. They are able to fit through a standard doorway and do not stop at the edge of a step, which creates a serious fall hazard on stairs. In addition, the leg openings are large enough that a child can slip down through them, which can lead to the child's head becoming trapped. Both of these issues can result in serious injury or death to a child using the walker.
If you have one of these walkers, stop using it right away. Contact WURUI.BABY to arrange a full refund. As part of the process, you will be asked to disassemble the walker, cut the fabric seat, write "Recalled" on the top of the tray in permanent marker, and send a photo of the walker showing this to the company by email.
Taking these steps ensures the walker cannot be used again or passed on to another family, while allowing you to receive your refund.
